Technical Support and Implementations
- Remote Technical Support: Our service desk is fully staffed and available to help with any of your technical needs.
- Security and Anti-Virus Installation, Monitoring, and Administration: Need to add anti-virus to your home users’ system? We can do that remotely. Want to further secure your cloud-based email platform or cloud-based document repository? We can implement security measures on that too.
- Cyber Security Incident Response: If you have an issue just because we must keep our physical distance doesn’t mean, we can’t mitigate problems that arise.
- Cloud Based Backup and Disaster Recovery Installation, Monitoring, and Administration: We are currently implementing cloud-based backup for those forced to retain data in locations that are normally not part of the usual backup set.
- Need laptops for your employees working from home? We can get them and have our tech support team set them up and ship them.
